Scotch is available for stud service to approved females. He is fully health tested with passing OFA clearances for hips, elbows, heart (including echo), and eyes, has completed the requirements to be CHIC qualified, and is clear on all genetic conditions listed below. Females will need to have passing health clearances for hips, elbows, heart, & eyes in accordance with GRCA recommendations.

Scotch is a very smart boy and learns quickly. He loves to work! But is calm, quiet, and gentle in the home and has a sweet & quirky personality. At a year and a half old, he gained his Senior Hunt title. Scotch also holds titles for Scent Work, Home Manners, Trick dog, and most recently Dock Diving. Scotch comes from a long line of proven working field bred golden retrievers. Influencers in Scotch’s pedigree includes both Field Champions & AFC both top and bottom. He also has influence from performance & hunt test lines.  Infact, 61 out of the 62 dogs listed in Scotch’s 5 generation pedigree are titled either through AKC or have received designation from the Golden Retriever Club of America for their achievements in AKC Field Trials.

Great Grandfather is recognized for achievements in both hunt tests and field trials: RockErin Red River Ruckus MH QA2 OS 

 And both generations behind this are dogs who earned their way into the coveted Field Dog Hall of Fame.
